Q: What types of payments do you accept at AdvanceSpeedShop.com?
A: We accept Visa, Discover, American Express, AMEX, and PayPal.

Shipping Questions
Q: Can I have my order shipped to an address different from the billing address?
A: No. We will only ship orders to the Billing Address.
Q: How much will shipping be for this item?
A: You can view shipping costs after adding your item to your shopping cart. We have a Shipping Estimator on the bottom. Just input your Zipcode and choose your Country to find out how much shiping will be.
Q: What Shipping Methods do you use?
A: For Domestic Shipments within the 48 Continental US states we use UPS. For International Shipments we use USPS.
Q: Do you guys offer combined shipping?
A: Our shipping costs are on a per-item-basis. If you are ordering multiple items and would like a combined shipping cost please give us a call at (626)279-7986.
Q: How long does it take to ship an item?
A: Once payment is received the order will be processed. If the item is in stock you should receive your item within 3-5 business days. All items are usually in stock, however there may be a chance that delays will occur if the item we thought was in stock (shown on our inventory sheet) is actually not in our warehouse. In this situation, we will need to order it directly from the manufacture, and we will have to wait until the manufacture delivers the product to us (usually within a week or two). You will receive a e-mail from us on explaining the delay if this situation occurs.
Q: Do you ship to International Customers?
A: Yes. Items being shipped internationally are shipped using USPS. We are not responsible for delays in customs or any other additional charges that may occur. This may include tax, duties, etc. Final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Expected delivery time is 7-10 business days from the date of order.
Q: Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and US Virgin Islands?
A: Yes. We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and US Virgin Islands.
Q: Do you ship to APO, FPO and PO Box?
A: Yes. We ship to APO, FPO, and PO Boxes.
Q: What happens to my order if it was refused or undelivered?
A: Refused or undeliverable shipments will not be granted a refund. Returned shipments will be held until a $10 handling fee and funds to cover re-shipping are paid. If during a UPS shipment, an address change occurs through no fault of us, we expect you will honor a $10 charge (charged to us by UPS).
Returns and Exchanges
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: We accept returns on items that were damage through shipping or if the product is proven defective. All items will need to be inspected before another item is sent or a refund is issued. Any item that is sent back for a return and was not damage or defective will be charge a 25% restocking fee. We would appreciate to have an email sent to
returns@advancespeedshop.com or call us at (626)279-7986 when sending an item back. We will process returns as soon as they are received. Please follow the instructions below before sending your item back:
1. Re-pack the item in the original packaging and shipping box. Please include ALL parts.
2. Complete the Return form that was included with your invoice and enclose it with the package.
Q: What happens if I receive the wrong product?
A: Due to the large volume of shipping, we apologize if the purchases you received are not what you paid for. Please email at
returns@advancespeedshop.com or call us at (626)279-7986. We will send a return authorization together with a return label to you at no charge. However, it is necessary that we must first receive the products to process the exchange. If a replacement cannot be made within 2 weeks, we would gladly provide a full refund.
General Questions
Q: How come my product does not come with instructions manual?
A: We do not provide installation manual for our items. Some products may come with instructions manuals. They should only serve as a guide. Professional installation is highly recommended for all our products.
Q: Are your products Street legal?
A: As state law varies from state to state, country to country, we cannot be liable for any legal issues which may arise due to the use of products. Buyer assumes ALL responsibility for any violations of local laws and rules that may result from use of our products. Please check with your local governing agency and research the item to before you are purchase the items.
Q: Do you provide any warranty for the products?
A: We regret to inform that all Items sold are on an as is basis. Warranties that will apply may be Limited Manufacturer Warranties.

RapidSSL. You can place an order at any time of the day 24/7. All information and data entered will not be sold or used for any other purpose.
Gift Voucher FAQ
Purchasing Gift Vouchers.
Gift Vouchers are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can
pay for them using the stores standard payment method(s).
Once purchased the value of the Gift Voucher will be added to your own personal
Gift Voucher Account. If you have funds in your Gift Voucher Account, you will
notice that the amount now shows in the Shopping Cart box, and also provides a
link to a page where you can send the Gift Voucher to someone via email.
How to Send Gift Vouchers.
To send a Gift Voucher you need to go to our Send Gift Voucher Page. You can
find the link to this page in the Shopping Cart Box in the right hand column of each page.
When you send a Gift Voucher, you need to specify the following:
The name of the person you are sending the Gift Voucher too.
The email address of the person you are sending the Gift Voucher too.
The amount you want to send. (Note that you don't have to send the full amount that
is in your Gift Voucher Account.)
A short message which will apear in the email.
Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly, although
you will be given the opportunity to change this as much as you want before
the email is actually sent.
Buying with Gift Vouchers.
If you have funds in your Gift Voucher Account, you can use those funds to
purchase other items in out store. At the checkout stage, an extra box will
appear. Ticking this box will apply those funds in your Gift Voucher Account.
Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there
is not enough in your Gift Voucher Account to cover the cost of your purchase.
If you have more funds in your Gift Voucher Account than the total cost of
your purchase the balance will bel left in you Gift Voucher Account for the
future.
Redeeming Gift Vouchers.
If you receive a Gift Voucher by email it will contain details of who sent
you the Gift Voucher, along with possibly a short message from them. The Email
will also contain a link to redeem the voucher. You will need to Login or Create an Account before
you can redeem the Gift Voucher. There are various ways you can redeem the voucher:
1. By clicking on the link contained within the email for this express purpose.
This will take you to the store's Redeem Voucher page. You will the be requested
to create an account or Login, before the Gift Voucher is validated and placed in your
Gift Voucher Account ready for you to spend it on whatever you want.
2. During the checkout procces, on the same page that you select a payment method
there will be a tick box and button to redeem your Gift Voucher balance against that purchase.
