Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery of your order. For orders placed during the holiday season from November 15th to December 31st, the return period is extended to 60 days. The following rules apply:
- There is a 25% restocking fee.
- Products must be in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition.
- Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
- Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
- All returns must be made via our Return Procedure with a valid RMA form.
- There are few non-returnable products & services that are listed in section below.
- Order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment or in some cases, prior to the start of the manufacturing or painting process.
- There is absolutely no cancellation, refund, or exchanges on special ordered items.
- Advance Speed Corporation will not be liable if you order the wrong product. We have provided detail information & specification of items we sell on this site for customers to review before purchase.
Return Procedure
To return a product you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The RMA form will include an exact return address and detailed instructions on how to return a product. You may request an RMA using the following methods:
- Visit our Contact us Page and choose the Returns Department
- Call Customer Service @ 626-279-7986
- Please let us know which particular item(s) you would like to return and the reason. You will receive an email with an RMA form attached. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for processing since in many instances, we have to wait for the manufacturers response.
Non Returnable Products & Services
The following products cannot be returned/exchanged due to manufacturers policies or their made-to-order custom features:
- Paint costs on painted products (ex. spoilers, body kits, calipers ...)
- All Wheels.
- Any custom orders or parts.
- Light Bulbs.
- Used or fully/partially installed items.
Shipping Policy
- Once payment is received the order will be processed. If the item is in stock you should receive your item within 2-10 business days. All items are usually in stock, however there may be a chance that delays will occur if the item we thought was in stock (shown on our inventory sheet) is actually not in our warehouse. In this situation, we will need to order it directly from the manufacture, and we will have to wait until the manufacture delivers the product to us (usually within a week). You will receive a e-mail from us on explaining the delay if this situation occurs.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
- Items being shipped internationally are shipped using UPS, FedEx or USPS. We are not responsible for delays in customs or any other additional charges that may occur. This may include tax, duties, etc. Final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Expected delivery time is 7-20 business days from the date of the order
SHIPPING TO ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, GUAM
- Orders shipped to the above locations may be shipped UPS or USPS. Final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Expected delivery time is 3-10 business days from the date of the order.
- Only specially marked items marked with "Free Shipping" will be given such. We will not provide Free Shipping on items that are not marked.
- All items that are given Free Shipping will be shipped out UPS Ground ONLY. If you request something faster, but still use the Free Shipping coupon, we will not warrant your request. All items that require faster shipping cannot use the coupon.
- WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO THE BILLING ADDRESS ON YOUR CREDIT CARD. WE WILL NOT SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS!
- All items that are valued at $250.00 or higher will require a Signature Confirmation.
- All payments sent through PayPal will need to have a Confirmed Shipping Address or your money will be refunded.
- We are not responsible for delays from customs or any other additional charges that may occur from shipping items Internationally. This may include tax, duties, etc.

Seibon Shipping/Damages Policy
We package all products carefully to prevent damage during shipping. Damage may still occur occasionally. Buyer must inspect the packaging and the products carefully upon receiving them, then accept the shipment and notate any damages and irregularities, such as crushed, torn, punctured, or broken parts on both the packaging and the product, on the freight bill or receipt at the driver's presence. Buyer must retain all cartons, packing materials, and damaged products for the carrier's damage inspector to inspect. Do not refuse shipment or return it without approval, because the buyer's right to make a damage claim may be denied. A signed receipt without any notation indemnified the carrier as well as us from any further damage claims. Discovery of damages after a clear delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer.
All damages must be notified to carrier and us within 24 hours. In cases of damage with proper notation on receipt, the carrier will determine whether to pay for repair cost or replacement value of the damaged goods after damage inspection. Replacement value is the amount the buyer paid to us and is not negotiable. All disputes about the settlement amount should be addressed with the carrier. We under no circumstances, shall be liable for the damaged product or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier.

International Customers
Items being shipped Internationally are shipped using UPS Standard or USPS. We are not responsible for delays in customs or any other additional charges that may occur. This may include tax, duties, etc. Final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Expected delivery time is 10-15 business days from the date of the order.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands
Orders shipped to the above locations may be shipped USPS. Final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Expected delivery time is 7-10 business days from the date of the order.
APO, FPO, and P.O. Boxes
We ship to APO, FPO, and PO Boxes. They will be shipped by USPS. Expected delivery time is 7-10 business days from the date of order.
Shipping of Multiple Items
All purchased items in a single order will be shipped together. If you have multiple separate orders of purchases, arrangements can be made for your purchases to be shipped together.
Packaging of Products
- Multiple small items will be sent together
- Smaller items will be packed with larger items if possible
- Large items will be shipped separately
Refused or Undelivered Items
Refused or undeliverable shipments will not be granted a refund. Returned shipments will be held until a $10 handling fee and funds to cover re-shipping are paid. If during a UPS Shipment, an address change occurs through no fault of us, we expect you will honor a $10 charge (charged to us by UPS) to intercept the package.
